Cut: finely ground leaves, minimal amount of stem leaves.
Scent: it smells of erva mate (chimarrão).
Taste: green notes of flowery meadows and green, freshly mown grass.
- as tereré: umami notes typical of Japanese tea or chimarrão. It combines very well with homemade flavored water (lemon, ginger, orange...). It is advisable to take the bombilla for chimarrão.
- as mate with warm water: same notes. The heap (montañita) lasts a long time, you can pour more than 1 liter through it without losing the taste.
Recommended: for those who don't like smoky notes.
