It is aged naturally for 24 months.
There is a lot of manual work at every step of production, so it can be called handicraft (product artesanias).
Cut: coarsely and medium-chopped leaves and stems, with minimal powder content.
Scent: hay-woody aromas.
Taste: very delicate and smooth at the beginning. Stronger notes emerge as the drink progresses: freshly cut wood, tannins from black tea, hay in the barn. Almost not bitter at all.
Power source: medium.
Recommended: for beginners, or as ‹something light› in the late afternoon/evening without having to stay up late at night. Or simply enjoy a delicious yerba mate.
