Yerba mate with a very good reputation. The packaging contains relatively finely cut leaves with a minimal admixture of sticks and a moderate amount of powder particles.
In the infusion we find a light sweetness and creaminess and a pleasant bitterness. The taste and the energetic effect are retained for a long time.
For the first pour, we use slightly cooler water around 50 degrees. Then we shape the hill (span. Montañita). We do the next pourings with water at 70 degrees.
