This agricultural cooperative obtains the raw material from small farms that do not use any chemicals. It is an agro-ecological production.
Slow drying with hot air near the campfire (sin humo) and natural aging of 18 months give a whole range of flavors and aromas.
Cut: medium-rough cut with moderate addition of powder particles.
Scent: herbal notes mixed with smoke and wood.
Taste: full-bodied and complex. Smoky woody notes with aromas of nuts and freshly baked bread, with a long finish and an earthy aftertaste.
