Classic Yerba Mate from a small producer, Campos del Chamame in Obera. The name comes from the name of the local music, which embodies a deep connection with mate and music customs.

Cut: fairly roughly cut, with medium-sized stems and minimal powder added.
Scent: light notes of hay and grain. If we smell further, woody, slightly smoky notes also come to the fore.
Taste: First pour lukewarm water over it so that the Yerba Mate can open up and won't burn with water that's too hot. The taste is rather deep, notes of earth and black tea first, then the sweetness of a woody-smoky aftertaste. A large bouquet of flavors awaits us and the individual flavors change like in a kaleidoscope.
Recommendation: for anyone looking for new taste experiences.
