§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions
(1) The following general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
(2) “Consumer” within the meaning of these terms and conditions is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.
§2 Formation of a contract, storage of the contract text

The order is placed in the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirmation by clicking the "Order" button
3) Checking the information in the shopping cart
4) Pressing the "Checkout" button
5) Logging into the online shop after registering and entering the registration details (email address and password).
6) Re-checking or correcting the respective data entered.
7) Binding submission of the order.
Before bindingly submitting the order, the consumer can return to the website on which the customer's details are recorded by pressing the "Back" button in the Internet browser they are using after checking their details. They can correct any input errors or cancel the order process by closing the Internet browser. We will immediately confirm receipt of the order by sending an automatically generated email ("order confirmation"). With this we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We will send you the order data and our general terms and conditions by email. You can also view the general terms and conditions at any time at http://yerbamateschweiz.com/allgemeine-geschaftsbedingungen/. For security reasons, your order data is no longer accessible via the Internet.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The prices stated include statutory sales tax and other price components. Shipping costs are charged separately.
(2) We only deliver on advance payment. The consumer has the following payment options: bank or postal payment, PayPal or credit card via PayPal. Cash payment upon collection is also possible, but this must be agreed upon in advance.
(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately (max. 10 calendar days) after conclusion of the contract. After this, the order will be cancelled by us. If the goods are collected, a maximum of 10 calendar days from the conclusion of the sale also apply.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately.
(2) We only deliver the goods after we have received the entire amount owed.
The shipping costs are not included in the prices stated.
The prices include VAT for the end consumer.

§6 Right of return and complaints
Right of return
You can withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 5 working days of receipt by sending an email to kontakt.yerbamate@gmail.com. You will receive an email from us as confirmation.
The condition is that the goods are not opened, not used and not damaged. After that we will not go into it any further. We also need all available justifying documents.
The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form (e.g. as a letter, fax, email), but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods or the return request in good time.
When returning the goods, you should pack them so that they are not damaged during transport and enclose a note with your name and bank details for the refund. The money will be refunded within 7 working days.
Complaints about faulty goods
If the goods have a manufacturing defect, you can exchange them. Please contact us as soon as possible by email or telephone so that we can come to an agreement. The customer will either receive a faultless item at our expense or a refund.
Shipping is at the customer's expense. The sending of the faultless product is at the expense of Yerba Mate Switzerland.
Complaints do not concern mechanically damaged goods: cutting, slicing or improper use.
In both cases (return or complaint/exchange) the shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Packages sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.

Consequences of return:
In the event of an effective return, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived must be surrendered. In the event of deterioration of the item and for uses (e.g. benefits of use) that cannot be returned or can only be returned in part or in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for the value. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item if the deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond checking the properties and functionality. “Checking the properties and functionality” means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and usual in a store, for example. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you when the goods are dispatched or the return request is made, for us when they are received.
