Natural aging from 15 to 18 months.
Cut: Leaves of various sizes (coarse and smaller), plus medium-sized stems and a moderate amount of powder.
Scent: it smells of wood, grain, campfire and hay.
Taste: long-lasting, notes of wood and cereals, with a sweet nutty aftertaste.
Note: very sensitive to water that is too hot. The first infusion with water at room temperature (20°C), later also with cooler water than usual.
best before: 0.5kg and 1kg - 11/2026
